Return and Refund

 

 Please contact me, in the first instance,

if you wish to return an item.

If for any reason you wish to return an item, please send

in good condition and in its

original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

Please use Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For service

and obtain and keep proof of postage.

 

Once the item has been received,

in good condition,

a full refund

will be given via PayPal to your card.

 

Unfortunately, Stitchbasket will not be able to pay

the cost of postage for a returned item.
